Summer Mens Team Open Rules

The competition will take the form of a ‘two best scores to count’ over 18 holes. Scoring by Stableford System. Players will receive a handicap allowance of 3/4 of their handicaps.
The Competition is limited to amateur golfers who are members of recognised Golf Clubs.
Starting times will be emailed to the competitor whose name is on the entry form and it will be their responsibility for notifying their partners.
The Club reserves the right to refuse an entry without specifying a reason.
Competitors will be made temporary Members of the Club for the day of the event.
All disputes shall be settled by the Competition Committee, whose decision will be final.
In the event of a tie, the rules of the Lancashire Union of Golf Clubs shall apply.
Jeans or collar-less shirts are not allowed on the course or in the Clubhouse at anytime.
Men are permitted to wear shorts in the Clubhouse.
Mobile Phones are not allowed on the course, except in emergencies, or in the Clubhouse unless in designated areas.
