Terms and Conditions of Entry 2017

Payment

Full payment is required at the time of booking. Manual bookings will incur a £5 administrative fee.

Handicaps

Valid competition handicaps are required by all players entering Open Competitions and CDH numbers are required at the time of booking.

Cancellation Policy:

Cancellations must be made more than 4 weeks before your date of play in order to receive an automatic refund. If you cancel your booking less than 4 weeks before your date of play then a refund may be made if your tee time is replaced with another competitor(s).

Course Closure:

If you are unable to play due to the course being closed (e.g. bad weather), you will receive a full refund of the entry fee paid or it may be transferred to another open competition, subject to availability.

Booking Transferable:

The Booking is completely transferable. Therefore, should you be unable to make your tee time, please contact secretary@stannesoldlinks.com with your changes and CDH number of the new player.

Dress Code:

Course:

Any clothing specifically manufactured for golf is acceptable.

The following are therefore not permitted: denims, football/rugby tops, etc.

Tailored shorts are permitted on the course with sports socks specifically made for golf.

Metal or soft spikes are permitted - please take care as some areas of the course may be slippery in damp conditions

Clubhouse:

Smart casual clothing may be worn in the Clubhouse.

Summer months - Shorts are permitted in the Clubhouse but not in the Dining Room after 8.00pm.
