The course
Arrival: On arrival at the Club, the organiser should call at the Secretary's Office where if previously arranged, an invoice for the day will have been prepared. This should be paid prior to play (unless alternative arrangements have been made with the Office) and a receipt for your party obtained.
The Office or Professional will also advise the security code for the day allowing access to the Clubhouse.
Visiting parties may play in three or four balls.
Play: All play will commence from the 1st Tee and times allocated must be strictly adhered to. It is expected that there will be no "Undue delay" and any reports of "Slow Play" or "poor Golfing Etiquette" may result in the cancellation of later times and/or players being asked to leave the course.
All players should be members of recognised Golf Clubs or Registered Societies and possess a valid handicap. The Club reserves the right to see handicap certificates on demand.
Trolleys: Trolleys can be hired from the Professional. Visitors bringing their own, may only use wide-wheeled models. Trolleys must not be taken on tees, greens or the surrounds / aprons of greens. All directional route signs must be observed.
Buggies: A Buggy may be available for hire from our course professional. As with trolleys, these must not be taken on Tees, Greens or the surrounds / aprons of Greens. All directional route signs must be observed.
Please note that the booking of Buggies in advance is advised to avoid disappointment.
Tees of the Day: Play will be from Blue Tee blocks for Gentlemen and Red for ladies. Scorecards and Yardage Charts can be obtained from the Professional's shop. 150 Yard Marker Discs on some fairways are themselves "Immovable Obstructions".
